Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds

You can return an item to us with 10 days of delivery. Please follow our return policy. We will refund you once the parcel has been received and assessed.

If the items delivered to you doesn’t correspond to the one you purchased, please send us an email such that we can fix the issue.

If the items delivered to you was damaged, please send us an email with a picture of the parcel. We will refund you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchange.

Returns

If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and write the same information in the returned parcel. It is important to reach out to us prior to shipping your order back. Delivery date is determined by the date your tracking information indicates it was delivered.

We will send a shipping label to you. As for the shipping we use Canada Post and you can drop your parcel at any Canada Post depot.

The parcel needs to be properly sealed in its original container or any container appropriate to avoid breakage. For hygiene reason the product needs to be sealed and thereby unopened. In the event that the return item arrives to us damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once your return arrives and the item has been assessed, you will receive an email notification indicating that a refund has been issued.
